We have entered the final site work and landscaping stage! The trees and plantings from Cavicchio Greenhouses have arrived. Our awesome landscape crew, JA Bullock Landscaping, is hard at work getting the landscaping in place.

We are getting closer to finishing up on the exterior siding and roofing at 74 Highland ehomes. It is satisfying to see how closely the finish product resembles the conceptual design renderings.

The project is now crossing over a critical threshold in terms of the construction progress and the focus will move towards interior finishes and site/landscaping work. Stay tune for more exciting updates.

Reached the East Wall! We are finally hitting a good pace with the sunshine and milder temperatures.

Check out this great write-up by David Bates in his weekly feature on Curbed Boston regarding the emerging neighborhood of Fort Hill, Roxbury. Kamran Zahedi, President of Urbanica was interviewed for the article.

Part of the attraction of Fort Hill cited by the article was "urban oasis", "gorgeous neighborhood", "value", " the next big area", "tree-lined but minutes to everything", "sense of community" and "just a nice neighborhood overall".
