Urbanica recently submitted a proposal for E+_273-287 Highland Street, Fort Hill for the DND/BPDA E+ RFP at Marcella/Highland Streets. For more details on the RFP, check out this website.
The proposed project will be a 20-unit condo building with energy positive features. The units will be deeply affordable with 1/3 at 80%AMI, 1/3 at 100%AMI and 1/3 at market rate.
